- Cross-border number: you should add the correct country prefix to the phone number.
- Wrong number: the advertiser may put his/her number in wrong.
- Scam:It may also be a scammer who is using a fake phone number. If the phone number in the ad doesn't work, please be extra careful and read our safety guide before you buy or sell anything.
- No Answer: try to contact them through email (see below)
- No Contact: Not all users choose to make their contact details public on their ads. If the ad does not have contact details listed in the description you can send a message directly to their email through the "Reply to this Ad" box.
To the right of every advertisement there is a message box entitled "Send Email" Fill out the information, type your message and press send. Your message will immediately be sent directly to the email address of the user who listed the ad.
Our privacy policy strictly prohibits us from releasing private contact information about the user as well as it prohibits us from using the user's private contact information to contact them on another user's behalf. Luckily there are many ads on busylel.ie and you should be able to find a similar one soon!

busylel.ie uses the Google mail server to deliver all response messages sent on the website. The messages are not passed through busylel.ie before being sent to the user but instead are sent directly and immediately when you press "send".
All messages sent through busylel.ie reach the email provided by the advertiser. If however you suspect that you are receiving a Page Error when you try to send a message through busylel.ie you may contact our support team by visiting Busylel Support
If you uploaded photos with your ad and they are not appearing this is probably because your photos have not yet been approved. We filter photos before allowing them to be displayed on the website to make sure there is no offensive content.

- If you think you may have created a busylel.ie account before with this email try signing in.
- If you have forgotten your password, please email support@busylel.ie from the email you signed up with and we will change it for you.
- You started the registration process but did not complete it.

If you've paid for a highlight ad by phone and don’t see it advertised don’t text the phone number a second time. If you do text the pay by phone number a second time you will be charged twice. Remember your phone company charges you for every text or call made to our number!
If you have registered within the last 24 hours you may be getting this message because your account has not yet been fully activated. Depending on how you registered, you can activate your account by the applicable method below: If you registered through clicking on the sign up button at the top of the web Home page, you will need to click on the link in the confirmation email to activate your account. You should have been sent a confirmation email when you first signed up. It will say whether your email is confirmed on your 'My Profile' page. To access this, click on the "Hello (Your Name)" button at the top right of the page, and select 'My Profile' from the list on the left of the page. If your email is not confirmed, press the 'confirm email' button to resend the confirmation message to your email.
If you have had an active account in the past that is now inactive, this means that our support staff has blocked your account. This will be for one of these reasons:
- You deactivated your account from your account settings page at some point in the past. To reactivate your account you will need to contact our support team at support@busylel.ie
- Your account was phished by fraudulent user who obtained your log in details and is using them to post fraudulent scam ads with your account. If this is the case you may contact our support team at support@busylel.ie Visiting http://busylel.ie/support to find out how to reactivate your account. - You have violated the posting rules of busylel.ie and have been identified by our users and our admin as a spammer. If this is the case, it is unlikely that your account will be reactivated. You may negotiate your case by contacting our support team at support@busylel.ie
